1. Who you are dealing with

CallToWrap is a product of Dango Family Inc. ("we", "us"). By using this website you agree to these terms.

2. The website

Read it, quote it with attribution, share the link. It is provided as it is, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.

What it says about the product describes what we are building. It is a description, not a contractual commitment — features, limits, prices and timing can change. What we commit to will appear in the agreement, never in marketing copy.

3. If you write to us or join the waitlist

Send only what you have the right to send, and please do not send us a child's personal information over email to get on a list. We do not need it, and an inbox is the wrong place for it. How we handle what you do send is in the Privacy page.

Being on a waitlist is not a contract and does not oblige us to offer you an account.

4. This is a tool, not representation or advice

CallToWrap helps a household keep track of its own work. It is not an agency, not a manager, and not legal, financial or immigration advice. Using it creates no professional relationship, and nothing in it should be read as guidance on contracts, union rules, child-performer law or taxes — all of which vary by jurisdiction and change.

We cannot promise any outcome. No audition, no booking, no career. Anyone who promises that is selling you something.

5. What belongs to whom

The text, design, name and marks on this site belong to Dango Family Inc.

Your family's material stays yours. Self-tapes, headshots, documents — all of it. Using the product gives us permission to store and process it in order to run the product for you, and nothing else. We will not use your child's image or your family's material to advertise CallToWrap, and we will not ask you to allow it as a condition of using it.

6. Things you must not do

• Break into, overload, scrape at scale, or otherwise interfere with this site or the systems behind it.
• Use our name or marks to imply we endorse you, your service or your business.
• Present the product as yours, or resell access you do not have.

7. No warranty, and the limit of what we owe

We provide this website "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that anything described suits your situation.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of this website or these terms is limited to CAD $100, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. If you later hold an account, that agreement's liability terms govern the product instead of this clause.

Nothing here limits a right you have under consumer-protection law that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction — without affecting any right you have to bring a claim where you live.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed, and the version in force is the one published here when you use the site.
